Frederick County Building Industry Association (FCBIA) is a local trade organization with 240+ member companies with over 300K employees. FCBIA exists for the purpose of improving the current and future social, political, and economical welfare of Frederick County.

We are chartered through the National Association of Home Builders, and in partnership with the Maryland Building Industry Association, providing a 3-in-1 membership to connect builders, contractors, suppliers, and more!
